SLberry Nails Refund Policy

Custom sets are Non-refundable 24 hours after buying. If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours, then please contact me within the 24-hour period at Slberrynails@outlook.com 

Standard nail sets - To be eligible for a refund the complete nail set will need to be returned unworn, unused and in the same way you received them. You will need proof of purchase (picture of receipt or order number).

I do not accept returns on sale items. 

Please check packaging and item when received to ensure there are no damages. If there is, please make contact at once at SLberrynails@outlook.com so that I can help rectify this. 

Refunds will only be processed once order has been returned and inspected. You will be contacted if a refund is accepted or not. You will receive your refund on the payment method your purchased with within 7-10 business days if refund is approved.
